We never sell your data, share it with third parties, or use one client's data to benefit another's. Fetch is in the business of building custom data and software solutions for veterinary product companies — that is the entire business. We have no incentive to do anything else with your information.

Data ownership

When we build a revenue attribution platform, internal CRM, AI agent, or any other tool for you, you own all the data flowing through it. The integrations, validation logic, dashboards, and exports are yours. If we stop working together, you keep everything we have built for you — and we hand off the code, credentials, and documentation in full.

What we access

To build your platform we connect to systems you authorize: distributor portals (Patterson, Covetrus, MWI, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce), marketplaces (Amazon, Chewy, VetCove), and any internal databases or CRMs you provide credentials for. Access is read-only by default unless your workflow specifically requires writes.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your data with other clients, ever.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.
• We don't anonymize and pool client data for "industry insights" or benchmarks.
• We don't retain copies of your data beyond what's required to deliver the active engagement.

Security

• Credentials are stored in encrypted secret managers (AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, or your cloud provider's equivalent) — never in plain text.
• API connections use OAuth 2.0 or scoped API keys — never personal passwords.
• Data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Data at rest in the systems we build for you uses your cloud provider's encryption (AES-256 typical).

Subprocessors

We use these third parties to deliver service:

• Cloud hosting: AWS, GCP, or Azure — your choice. Where possible, we build and host directly in your cloud account so your data never leaves your control.
• AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) when LLM features are part of your build, accessed via API. Anthropic does not train on API data per their published policy.
• Source control: GitHub (private repositories for project code).

If our engagement ends

We hand off all code, credentials, infrastructure access, and documentation. Local copies of your data are deleted from our development environments within 30 days of project closeout. You may request earlier deletion at any time, in writing.
