Fetch is a proprietary revenue attribution engine built specifically for companies selling into veterinary practices. We stitch distributor portals, Shopify, marketplaces, and Calendly calls into one clean picture of who closed what, where, and when — a problem no off-the-shelf CRM or BI tool solves, because none of them were built for the way veterinary revenue actually flows.
Fetch isn't an agency engagement or a BI template. It's a specialized attribution engine we've already built and refined in production — configured for your data, not rebuilt from zero.
MedLine, Patterson, IDEXX, Vetcove, Shopify, Amazon — every channel exports data in its own broken format, with its own deduplication traps. Our matching engine already knows these quirks. No off-the-shelf CRM or BI tool does, because none of them were built for this industry.
Our deduplication, practice-matching, and rep-attribution layers work across distributors, DTC, marketplaces, and scheduled calls. Every dollar maps back to a rep, a practice, and a channel — automatically. That's the proprietary layer no CRM or BI tool can give you.
The engine is already running in production for veterinary product companies, driving real attribution decisions. Onboarding means configuring it for your data sources — not rebuilding from zero. Live in weeks, not months, and you never pay until it's working.
No two companies have the same data sources, sales channels, or team workflows. We scope each platform from scratch and customize it to fit — here are three capabilities we've built so far.
Revenue lives in your distributor portal, your Shopify store, and a marketplace — three incompatible formats, three logins, zero unified view. We connect all three into a single dashboard with automated ingestion, deduplication, and real-time KPIs.
Your reps book calls through Calendly, but there is no system connecting those calls to specific practices, assigning new leads, or tracking follow-up. We automate the entire workflow: Calendly calls get matched to practice records, unmatched leads flow into a Google Sheets lead pool for assignment, and reps see their pipeline in real time.
Your customer service team fields dozens of detailed technical questions every day — dosing protocols, drug interactions, post-procedure timing. Our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system trains on your product documentation, email history, clinical studies, and training videos. When a question comes in, the AI retrieves relevant knowledge from your company's data and drafts an expert-level response. A human rep always reviews and sends every reply — the AI never emails your customers directly.
Hi team — I have a 9-year-old DSH with Stage 3 perio (6mm+ pockets, extractions planned next Tuesday). Two quick questions: what's the per-pocket dosing for 6mm+ feline pockets, and any interactions with clindamycin 5.5 mg/kg BID?
Thanks,
Dr. Lindgren · Birchwood Feline Hospital
Dr. Lindgren,
Dosing: 0.5 mL per pocket for feline Stage 3. For 6mm+, apply in two passes — 0.25 mL to the base, 10 sec adhesion, then 0.25 mL coronal. (Section 4.2, clinical admin guide.)
Clindamycin: No known interactions. Reiter et al. (2023, JVIM Vol. 37) evaluated concurrent clindamycin + VetraBond in 84 feline subjects with no adverse effects. Your 5.5 mg/kg BID regimen is fully compatible.
Happy to send the study PDF if helpful. Good luck Tuesday.
Every engagement follows the same proven process. No surprises, no scope creep. Most clients have a live dashboard within four weeks.
We map every data source, identify integration points, and assess data quality. You get a written report of what's broken and what it takes to fix.
Week 1We connect your systems, build validation logic, and create the data cleaning rules. This is the engineering that makes everything else possible.
Weeks 2 – 3Fetch goes live on your data. Real-time KPIs, channel breakdowns, rep-level attribution, and matched-practice intelligence — running on the same engine already in production for other vet product companies.
Week 4We don't build and disappear. Monthly retainer covers governance, monitoring, strategic reporting, and feature development as your business evolves.
OngoingIf you manufacture or distribute products that end up in veterinary practices, and your sales data lives in more than one place, we built this for you.
Joint supplements, dental chews, probiotics — sold through distributors, Amazon, Chewy, and your own store. We unify it all.
Instruments, implants, and consumables sold through Patterson, Henry Schein, and direct. We track every order to the practice.
Rx and OTC products moving through complex distribution chains. We connect manufacturer data to end-practice sales.
Point-of-care diagnostics, lab equipment, and imaging systems with long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution.
Wound care, ophthalmology, rehabilitation — niche product lines where every practice relationship matters.
Mid-market distributors managing hundreds of SKUs across territories. We give you rep-level and territory-level visibility.
$30,000 flat to scope, build, and launch your revenue attribution platform end-to-end. Custom builds outside the core scope — new integrations, AI agents, bespoke workflows — are quoted separately. Once it’s live, a monthly retainer covers continuous tuning and the data governance that keeps your attribution accurate as your channel mix evolves.
We scope and build your platform end-to-end. $30k flat fee — four weeks from kickoff to live.
The solution goes live on your data — real attribution, real numbers, in production.
An monthly retainer keeps the platform tuned, integrations current, and your team supported as channels evolve.
